Radiant Orchid

Pantone’s Color of the Year for 2014 is “Radiant Orchid,” which can include colors from light pinks to saturated purples, and there are numerous ways to incorporate this vibrant color palette into your wedding plans.

From pale pink gowns, which are really hot this year, to the flowers, bridesmaids dresses and even jewelry, it is a way to make your special day more vibrant.

In the bridal jewelry category, pink sapphire or pink diamond engagement rings are beautiful and make a statement for the woman who loves color. If you are not a “pink kind of gal,” purples like amethyst, tanzanite and spinel are great alternatives.

Use this lively range of colors to enhance your black and gray outfits, and when spring gets here, whites look great with this pop of color.
